Mask for Baudelaire (1994) [W/P]

This work on paper was first shown at the Bellas Gallery in May-June 1994, and then at the Dick Bett Gallery, August 1994 (reproduced in the catalogue as shown here). It  was presumably identical with the work exhibited in HA Tolarno 9/95, as ‘Head Baudelaire 1994’ (not reproduced). In 2007, it was shown at the John Buckley Gallery as ‘Head of Baudelaire’.

The composition is obviously a variant of that used for Second Psychedelic Head 1992.
