This work, acquired with Untitled [‘Suicide’] (1984) [W/P], was inscribed for the recipient.
The imagery relates to both Primitive [mural] (1981) [W/P] and its subsequent variants, and Arkley’s various other cactoid works on paper dating from 1984.
