An elegant essay in grey and other muted tones. Arkley’s archive slide was apparently taken at the same time as those of other works shown at the Bellas Gallery in June 1987 (but it does not appear to have been shown there).

Details of the inscribed date and provenance were first published when the work was auctioned in Melbourne in 2006-7 (previously auctioned in May 2005 in Western Australia).
